Matt Whelan CISM, CISSP, ISSPCS
Matt Whelan is one of Australia's leading IT identities with a long career encompassing writing, teaching, software development and consultancy. His comprehensive experience in creating and implementing security strategies in the corporate environment led to the development of ALC's flagship "Network Security Essentials" course, while his dedicated 'know your enemy' research program resulted in the acclaimed hands-on "Hacking Windows Masterclass".
David Lynas is currently enjoying his twenty-fourth year of experience in Information Security, during which he has been invited to provide strategic advice to governments and industry clients on every continent. David Lynas is an Associate of the ALCGroup and heads the Enterprise Security stream of ALC/PDA's Information Security Education Program.
Dr. Bennet Lientz is an internationally-recognised authority in IT management, project management, process improvement and E-Business. He has consulted widely in Asia, Europe, Australia, North & South America and has worked with more than 100 firms in manufacturing, banking, distribution, energy, utilities, retailing, mining, insurance, transportation and government. He is currently Full Professor in the Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Dr Eugene Schultz Ph.D., CISM, CISSP
Dr Eugene Schultz is a Principal Engineer at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory of the University of California. He has been an adjunct professor of computer science at Purdue University. He has received the NASA Technical Excellence Award, the Department of Energy Excellence Award, the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) Professional Achievement and Honor Roll Awards, the ISACA John Kuyers Best Speaker/Best Conference Contributor Award, the National Information Systems Security Conference Best Paper Award, and has been elected to the ISSA Hall of Fame.
Krag Brotby CISM
Krag Brotby has more than twenty years experience in the computer security field with a focus on governance and architecture. A principal author of the 2005, 2006 and 2007 CISM review manual and related presentation materials, he also serves on the CISM Practice Analysis Task Force defining the practice area for the coming years. Mr Brotby is based in California, USA.
Les Bell CISSP
Les Bell has a long, varied and distinguished background in the computer industry as a consultant, writer, software developer, educator and international course presenter. Les has specialised strongly in the area of TCP/IP internetworking, Linux, web-based development, the design and implementation of intranets and web sites, programming and development in Java, OO analysis and design, and Internet-based marketing. Les is renowned for his encyclopedic knowledge and has no spare time. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Red Hat Certified Engineer.
Greg Lee is a highly experienced and accomplished management consultant and trainer, having been involved in corporate training since 1987 and consulting since 1992, with IBM, Mercuri International, Workforce Transformations, Bid Direction and in his own company GMCL & Associates. Greg was initially trained in the IBM consulting method and has maintained a very active interest in methodologies ever since.
