Terms and Conditions:


*1. ISACA members are eligible for a 10% rebate off the course fee and for a $190 reduction in the examination fee. To claim these reduced fees you must quote your ISACA membership number on the enrolment form. If you are currently not an ISACA member and wish to become one, please refer to the ISACA Singapore Chapter www.isaca.org.sg

 

2. The deadline for registration for the December 2008 CISM exam is 24 September 2008. If you wish to register for the exam via PDA then your registration MUST be received by PDA by 17 September 2008. Thereafter you must register direct with ISACA Head Office. Please note that ISACA WILL NOT accept late registrations under any circumstances.

 

3. Payment MUST accompany exam registration unless other arrangements have been made. 4. The CISM exam is held twice per year in June and December. It is possible to enrol in just the course and not the exam, or to undertake the exam at a later date. There is no formal closing date for course registration. However, class size is limited so early enrolment is recommended.


FEES must be paid before the start of the Course. You may bring your payment with you on the morning of the Course.  Payment will be accepted by company cheque or direct transfer. All fees shown are per person.


FEES INCLUDE lunch, morning and afternoon tea, and all course materials.


CANCELLATIONS and TRANFERS: Written cancellations will be accepted and a full refund provided up to five business days prior to the commencement of the course. Transfers of bookings made within five business days of the course commencement will incur an administration fee of $250. An alternate participant for the course can be substituted at any time for no additional charge. Refund and/or transfer will not be provided for any participant who fails to attend the course.


TIMES Unless otherwise stated, Courses commence at 9.00 am and finish at 5.00 pm.


REGISTRATION Registration is from 8.30 am to 9.00 on the first day.  Upon registration you will receive your name badge giving access to the Course room, plus your work materials.


CERTIFICATES All participants who complete the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance.  Please ensure when registering that your name is written the way you want it to appear on your Certificate.


WARRANTY To guarantee your satisfaction PDA offers a money-back or full credit policy. If the course is not meeting your requirements, simply inform the on-site Course administrator or course instructor before the end of the first day, return all Course materials and we will give you either a full credit towards another course or a full and prompt refund of fees paid, according to your instructions.


DISCLAIMER All information regarding course dates, presenters and content is accurate as at time of posting. We do our utmost to ensure that courses are conducted as advertised. PDA reserves the right however to vary course dates or course presenters or to cancel courses without prejudice if circumstances so warrant. In such a situation participants would be informed of the change prior to the course and would be entitled to cancel if they so chose without penalty.
