Steve Moran

Steve is a highly experienced project and programme management trainer who has delivered a broad range of generic and accreditation project and programme management courses to delegates who vary greatly in experience and expertise.  He has led courses in numerous countries in Europe, USA, Middle East and Australasia.

 

He has more than 20 years experience of running business projects and major international programmes with budgets from £1m up to £15m.  He has succeeded running programmes & projects for local, international, multinational and “Big-Four” corporations.  The initiatives have varied in type (e.g. IT, business change, Call Centre set-up) and size from local specialist projects through to multi-disciplined, multi-national projects with large (>150) specialist teams. 

 

Steve has a proven ability to build and lead projects, business-change programmes, development, implementation and support teams and departments.  These have utilised generic methods (e.g. Deloitte Consulting, Philips Electronics, Lloyds TSB) as well as PRINCE2® and MSP® (e.g. RBS, QA, ATOS-Origin).

 

Based in the UK, Steve has a particularly strong background in the OGC methodologies of PRINCE2 and MSP. He has personally developed and delivered a whole range of project management training courses to various levels within client organisations, including Project Board level (e.g. FSA, British Library), experienced practitioner level (e.g. Alliance and Leicester) and to junior project managers (e.g. JP Morgan, UBS Bank).  Drawing on his truly impressive industry experience, Steve is able to understand the issues faced at all levels of the organisation and to demonstrate how project management methodologies can be successfully integrated to deliver real value, benefits and improvements.
